Dear Valued Patient,
I am writing to share an important personal and practice update.
After many rewarding years caring for patients in our communities, I will be retiring from Community Eye Care Specialists in July.
Founding and growing Community Eye Care Specialists has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to care for generations of patients and families across our communities while helping expand access to quality eye care throughout the region. Although I primarily saw patients at our Warren, Seneca and Jamestown locations, I have been proud to support the growth and continued success of all Community Eye Care Specialists’ locations. The relationships, trust and support I have received from this community over the years have meant more to me than words can express.
As my retirement approaches, my schedule has become increasingly limited, and I will unfortunately not be able to accommodate additional appointments before my departure. I want to personally reassure you that your care will remain in excellent hands. Dr. Beau Froebel, Dr. Aanal Vyas, and our excellent team of optometrists, will continue providing care at all three Community Eye Care Specialists locations, ensuring continuity and familiarity for your ongoing eye health needs.
There will be no interruption to the services you receive, and your medical records will remain securely on file with Community Eye Care Specialists unless you complete a formal records release authorizing transfer to the provider of your choice. Our team is available to assist with any questions, medical record transfers or other support you may need as you continue your care.
